Our reception staff are here to help you. When telephoning for medical attention reception staff may ask for a few details. The doctors have asked them to make these enquiries so that they can help to navigate you to the most appropriate service. 

Our reception team have undertaken special training and always respect patient confidentiality.

Patient Services Support Teams

Patient Services Advisors and Patient Support Administrators 

Our Patient Services Advisors are trained to ask questions about your concern or health condition to direct you to the most appropriate source of help.

Patient Services Advisors manage our appointment systems, take requests for home visits and take messages for health professionals etc. They will also advise on the best way to access our services.

All our Patient Support Administrators are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.

Support Teams

Our Support Teams are involved in providing administrative clerical support to our GPs and Nurses in addition to the many operation processes that support the smooth running of the practice.
