- There is a disabled access point at the reception desk

- If access should prove difficult or assistance is required please consult a member of staff. As we continually strive to improve patient services, please let us know of any suggestions you may have for us to consider
See our disability access policy
Parking
On-site parking at the Headlands Surgery is limited.
We have three disabled parking spaces on site
We would be grateful if you would be courteous when parking in nearby residential areas.
Please refrain from parking across driveways, on double yellow lines or anywhere that would make it difficult for emergency services to access.
Please move your car from the car park as soon as you have had your appointment at the practice. Thank you.
Out of Hours
Enhanced Access
We provide out of hours appointments upon request. These may be remote, at a different Lakeside practice or at our own practice on designated days.
Life Threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:
- you or someone you know needs immediate help
- you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose
A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
Urgent But Not Life Threatening
Visit an urgent care centre if:
- You have an urgent medical issue requiring on the day attention
Non-urgent
Use NHS 111 if:
- You need help now, but it’s not an emergency
There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
