Sage Pharmacy relocation
Sage Pharmacy has relocated from our site to 58 Hawthorn Road, Kettering NN15 7HT, which is less than half a mile away. Its telephone number remains 01536 512338.
Many of you are used to using the pharmacy at the surgery to collect prescriptions, buy over-the-counter medicines or access other pharmacy services, so, as well as listing Sage Pharmacy's new address, we have also listed some other nearby pharmacies.

Changing where we send your prescriptions
If you would like us to send your prescriptions to a different pharmacy, you can change your nominated pharmacy at any time.
Your nominated pharmacy is the pharmacy we send your electronic prescriptions to. You can then collect your medicines from that pharmacy.
The easiest way to change your nominated pharmacy is through the NHS App. Go to Prescriptions and select Your chosen pharmacy.
How to request a repeat prescription and change your nominated pharmacy using the NHS App
If you prefer, you can tell our reception team or your clinician which pharmacy you would like us to send your prescriptions to.
