Access

Disabled Access

The Practice building has been designed for disabled access.

• We have a ramp to the front of the entrance, automated entrance doors.  There is also a toilet on the ground floor which is accessible by wheelchair and one on the lower ground.
• There is a disabled access point at the reception desk
• Hearing loops are installed in the practice.
• If access should prove difficult or assistance is required please consult a member of staff.  As we continually strive to improve patient services, please let us know of any suggestions you may have for us to consider

Parking

On-site parking at the Headlands Surgery is limited.

We would be grateful if you would be courteous when parking in nearby residential areas.

Please refrain from parking across driveways, on double yellow lines or anywhere that would make it difficult for emergency services to access.

When you leave the Headlands Surgery, following your appointment and/or visit to Lloyds Chemist, would you please remove your car from the car park immediately.
